The price was right... It works well. It came with some bundled software (i didn't use that yet - i have my own methods of backing up). Its pocket sized and runs off the USB. Overall, a great buy!

I bought this for my college bound daughter. She attached it and the software to her computer with no problem. Very fast transfer. Also recently bought a toshiba drive from Tiger Direct at about half the price (so 4 stars) but its backup software was not rated as well

This drive is very portable. It's really light and really small. It's USB only, no eSATA, so it runs at USB speeds, which is fine for what I do with it.

Love it, so diferent from my Omega HD, this HD doesnt make a sound, it almost doesnt heat up at all and has a nice simpel software.
